SARA GRIFFITHS
Since 2003, Sara has been dedicated to helping clients look and feel their very best. After completing her professional training in Staffordshire, she gained extensive experience within luxury spas, hotels, and leisure businesses across the UK before establishing Beauty Within in Goodwick, Pembrokeshire.
Sara went on to create The Ivybridge Spa, where she developed a reputation for exceptional client care, professionalism, and results-driven treatments. Her passion for wellbeing, combined with a commitment to continuous professional development, has shaped a treatment philosophy centred on the individual.
With more than two decades of experience, Sara has developed a unique approach that combines advanced beauty therapy with restorative massage techniques, creating treatments that nurture both wellbeing and confidence. Every treatment is tailored to each client’s individual needs, whether they are seeking relaxation or advanced CACI facial rejuvenation.
Today, Sara and her team welcome clients to Beauty Within in Goodwick, Twr y Felin Hotel in St Davids, and Crug Glas Country House, delivering personalised treatments with warmth, integrity, and exceptional attention to detail.
